I facilitate this workshop quarterly through the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. It's built for leaders who know AI matters but don't have the time, budget, or in-house expertise to chase it — and who are (rightly) wary of the hype.
I run this through Carnelian, the digital practice I built for nonprofits. I also volunteer with Elm Shakespeare Company, upgrading a small theater's data infrastructure, payments, and creative automations. So the advice comes from inside your constraints, budgets, small teams, mission-first thinking, not from someone trying to sell you something.
No jargon wall. Just a clear-eyed look at where these tools help your work, and how to build that capability without depending on anyone else to keep it running.
